EXPERIENCED CLIMBER

We are looking for an experienced climber to join our team on a full (or part) time PAYE basis - based between Newark, Lincoln and Gainsborough on the Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire border.

We are a family-run, well equipped Arboricultural company providing both domestic and commercial tree work.

What we’re offering you:

• £32 - £40k PAYE. (Pro rata if part-time)

• Hardworking loyal team to lead

• Decent hours (Mon - Fri 7.30am - 4pm) regular early finishes

• Varied work - some big days, some more chilled ones…

• Training and additional qualifications encouraged - all led by you

• All PPE provided

• At least 28 days holiday

• Recognised pension scheme

• Monthly Physio, Chiro or Osteo appointments

Our workload is varied and ranges from full dismantles and site clearances to grounds maintenance, tree-planting & installing wildlife habitats, as well as surveys and everything in between.

What we’d like from you:

We are looking for someone loyal & trustworthy who already has expert knowledge of the industry. You will be someone who takes great pride in their work with a strong focus on nature and the environment. An integral part of Springwood, you will be confident in leading a team to deliver the highest standards of work & customer service regardless of the job.

Ideal experience:

5+ years climbing (preferred), would consider less for the right candidate.

We require the following qualifications as a minimum:

Full UK driving licence (B+E preferred but not essential)

CS30, 31, 38, 39, 40, 41 & 47 as a minimum

Use of a Woodchipper

First Aid +F

CSCS Card (preferred but not essential)

Training/refreshers can always be arranged.
