OUR TREE SURGEONS IN NEWARK
Making trees belonging to Newark Conservative Club safe. London Road, Newark.
We were commissioned to undertake remedial works to a variety of trees on property belonging to the Newark Conservative Club to ensure they remained safe given their proximity to the busy public highway and high pedestrian traffic areas.
We felled an ash tree that was showing signs of advanced Ash dieback as it was overhanging London Road and therefore posed a high risk to life.
We also felled a leaning leylandii that was rapidly heading towards the road.
We repollarded a row of lime trees to keep re-growth under control and removed deadwood from an acacia and a Beech tree.
We also reduced a large acacia by 50% to remove deadwood whilst ensuring the crown remained balanced and reduced a leylandii hedge back away from the building.
The work was identified as necessary by Newark and Sherwood District Council after we submitted a Conservation Area notification on behalf of our clients.

WHAT OUR TREE WORK CLIENTS FROM NEWARK SAY ABOUT US:
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
"We recently moved in to the area and the new home had 18 large Poplar trees in need of some TLC and taming. We asked Springwood for some advice and rough costs prior to purchase and then reviewed against others in the area. Damian was by far the most open and interested of all the people we approached. Post purchase Damian came over and confirmed his original costs and also outlined most economical and best cause of ongoing maintenance . The charges were acceptable for 3 days with a team of 3 and all waste removed. Damian was also open to include some other work in the garden on a number of other trees that needed some minor trimming. Springwood also agreed for us to keep as much wood chippings and logs as we desired. The team of three consisted of Luke, Jack and Sean. I can not praise these guys enough. They were not only experienced, but punctual, very hardworking, polite and very tidy. We will continue to use Springwood with the ongoing management of the Poplars and highly recommend them. Thank you Damian, Emily and the team for a great job."

"Wow... What a team - Damian the owner carried out the site visit and explained the 'Plan of attack'. This in my opinion was a tricky and tough job, however Phil, Shaun, and Jack set about the task in hand with total professional precision. Absolutely fantastic. No mess, great price for such skill.
(DIYers take note. Don't Risk it. Bring in the Professionals!) Definitely recommend without hesitation."
